Um... This is a really stupid question, but, How can you tell if your stomach hurts?
I can't tell the difference from a stomach ache and being hungry.
Is there any distinct feeling between the two. I'd like to know before I go insane.

oh yeah i have that problem sometimes i have stomach pains and i think im hungry so i eat then it hurts more lol
when ur hungry it kinda growls and gurgles and when its hurting well... its hurting lol
just dont do what i did... eat heaps when u had a stomach ache when u though it was hunger lol
